VIDEO TRANSCRIPT

Hey guys, my name is Stirling Garner, I am the CEO of a company called stack digital. I’ve created something called Launch perfect. It is the easiest, fastest, safest way to create an unbelievably lucrative 5 day challenge is a system and a process. It is not a course that you have to go through. I’m going to talk to you today, this is another video in our series of what to do during open cart. If you don’t know, a 5 day challenge is generally a 5 day challenge, that can be shorter that some are longer. But it’s from the time that you invite people into your offer, often called a pitch into the last day that they can purchase that offer. That’s called an open cart. There’s a bunch of amazing things that you can do during open cart to get people to have more clarity. To hear testimonials from other people having a mindset session on one of the things. I like to do, to coach my clients and students on is having an info session.

5 Day Challenge: Open Cart

All right, I’m gonna walk you through. Actually you’re gonna find a link somewhere below this video where there will be. You can download the PDF I’m about to walk you through. It’s really informative, and will also be another link to go check out everything that launch perfect . I’ll talk about that more at the end of the video. Let me screen share, let’s dive right in here to how to do an info session. For those of you that don’t know, an info session contains a lot of the same content as your sales page, but also includes an informal atmosphere. Where people can ask questions along the way, and you can address them. You’re just kind of holding a town hall meeting. At this point, you’ve taught for four days during your 5 day challenge, you’ve taught a lot of content. You have invited people into your program, most of them know what’s in your program. This is just another way for you to say hey Ding, ding, ding, ding. Whether you made it through all five days of the content or not. I’m going to hold this informal info session where you’re going to summarize everything that happened in the 5 day challenge. You’re also going to walk people through what your program looks like. Then host a q&a and people are invited to ask questions all along the way. You want to think of an info session as more like an informal webinar, it’s your opportunity to host a low pressure zoom. Or you can do a live stream during writing into your Facebook group. The vibe of this should be like you’re hanging out with your friends and you’re just sharing how your program works. It takes a lot of the sales, the sales vibe off. You won’t feel salesy, the people on Your call won’t feel like you’re trying to sell them. Again, it’s just informal. It’s an informal way to get more touch points with somebody and share with them what you have to offer.

Streaming Your Q&A

The first thing we want to do is decide whether you’d like to stream this directly into your group. Which is how we have people do the days of their 5 day challenge. Dogs are very excited right now, apologies if you can hear them. You can invite people onto a private zoom, private in that you send out an invitation you post the invitation in the group, you email people and say, Hey, I’m doing an informal info session on Zoom. That can feel a little bit more cozy like people are all in it together. As opposed to a live stream where you’re just sharing the information into your Facebook group. They both have pros and cons. The downside of doing a cozy private zoom, is that people who didn’t miss the email, they might have missed the post in the group. They’re not going to know what’s happening. If you do live in the Facebook group, you’re going to pick up you know, they’re going to get the notification in their newsfeed. You know Sterling’s going live again, or Patty’s going live again hosting an info session. You just have to fill that out with whichever one feels best for you. You want to have some basic slides put together. You want to do a very brief, brief recap of everything you taught and your 5 day challenge and ask who has questions on any of the 5 day challenge content. I will put the summary of each day’s content in one slide each. Day one, we went over this, you learned this. Day two, I taught this. This was your takeaway on day three. You want to repeat the simple version of your offer on a slide. At the end of this I invited you all into my launch perfect program. It’s an amazing program.

Usually walked in through Hey, Module One is this module two. In my case, they’re toolboxes because there’s not a lot of sight. Of course, I’m giving you these assets. Hey, here’s what you get. Bump up on walking people through. Then you want to have a slide that repeats the big promise of your offer. For example, they promise my offers by the end of 14 days, you’re going to be able to run your first 5 day challenge with clarity and confidence. And then you’re going to have all the necessary tabs open for your offer. When a question is asked about something in your program. You can quickly share your screen and show them exactly where that’s covered in your offer by going through that section. Showing them instead of alluding to it. Somebody might have a question, let’s say, Hey, do you have emails for? You know, at the end of the 5 day challenge? Do you have survey emails for people that didn’t buy or survey emails for people that did buy? Say, absolutely. Here’s all the emails that we have. And I show the tab, you know, I share my screen go, this is everything that they get for the emails, bump up on my list and mountain they go, oh, cool, thanks. Or they might say, they might ask a question like, do you work one on one with people? If I’ve joined your program? Do you work one on one with people to really dial in their content? I’d say yeah, I do.

Different Structures

Here’s the different structures I usually have, you go through them first to sort of get a feel for it. Then you and I get on a phone, and we really dial it in that you leave there with maximum clarity and confidence.  You’d want to show them the inside of your program where that takes place. Then you want to open it up for questions about yourself or the program, this is a really good way for people to get to know you. Because you know, at the end of the day people are buying from you. They’re buying from you. The more that you can share about you, the more confident people will feel and work with you. Then you want to also possibly invite people who’ve already purchased. Or been through your program to discuss what their experience has been like. Then just hang out and be there with your audience because that’s what they really want. This should be again, it should be fun, it should be easy. It should be low pressure. It’ll help remove all the feeling of salesy. If this is of interest to you, again, the link below this worksheet, you can grab that. If you’re interested about everything that comes in launch, perfect, there’s a link to a page on that page. I’m going to walk you through literally everything that you get in the program. I’m also going to talk about the three things you need to master to have a wildly successful launch and that is a full system walkthrough. I say when I tell people that 97% of the work is done before they even put pen to paper. I mean it I walk them through the back end of all of our systems and then I share this if you have to know exactly what to teach. I share about that on the video training. Then I talked about the 10 psychological triggers you have to have layered into your 5 day challenge. No extra work for you. Walk you through what those are and why they work so well. Then you can apply for that video and everyone’s happy.  Alright guys, I wish you the best of luck in your five day challenge. Talk soon
