Are you trying to bring in a flood of new coaching clients?
Or, maybe you’re trying to get those course sales off the ground…
You know you’re ready to launch your program or product…
…you also know a few other things because, let’s face it, you’ve been around the block enough times to know what you do not want.
- You don’t want a launch that will exhaust you
- You don’t want to spend a lot of money
- You don’t want something that involves a lot of tech
- You don’t have a huge email list
All you know is that YOU’RE READY!
At the time of this writing, I have done over 50 challenge launches with my clients and I can say without a doubt that…
5 Day Challenges are the easiest, fastest, lowest risk launch in existence.
They are also the highest converting marketing mechanism in existence today.
So, if you’re ready to launch “the easy way,” let’s go!
Planning Your 5-Day Challenge
The first thing you need to do is create a challenge offer that actually gives your prospects something they can walk away with.
You’ve probably run across a challenge idea that goes something like this:
The 5 Day Heart Healthy Challenge
Although the intention is good, prospects have no idea what they will walk away with at the end of it.
Instead, think of an idea that has a tangible outcome…
One of my client’s most successful challenges was
Book 5 Consults in 5 Days Challenge
See how it is results focused?
Make the 5 Day Challenge feel like an experience for your prospects!
Now that you have your idea dialed in, you’re probably wondering how to get people in it!
Promoting Your 5-Day Challenge
Obviously, you want to get as many people as possible into your 5 Day Challenge…
The way we teach our clients to do challenges, we have seen conversion rates as high as 12% from cold traffic!
Our proprietary challenge system is called Launch Perfect and it is what’s responsible for such incredible results.
And just so you know, a “normal challenge” (the way most people do them) convert at less than 4%.
So, how do we get people into your challenge?
There are three simple ways to get people into your 5 Day Challenge
(1) Organic Traffic Source
(1) Paid Traffic Source
(1) Outreach Traffic Source
ORGANIC TRAFFIC FOR CHALLENGES
For people with super tight budgets and/or testing out a challenge idea for the first time, you can easily create organic posts to send people into your challenge.
Although this is perfect for people without a big list, we have all of our clients do organic as well. It’s an easy, free way to connect with your prospects.
By making a handful of organic posts on your social media, you can have people register for your challenge or ask them to message you for more details.
Launch Perfect comes with 10 different kinds of organic post templates so you don’t have to think about what to say.
FACEBOOK ADS FOR CHALLENGES
When you’re ready to scale your 5 Day Challenge, Facebook ads are a fantastic way to fill your challenge
Over the course of the last 5 years, I’ve helped generate millions of challenge leads for our clients using Facebook Ads.
Because Facebook Ads increase your costs, we make sure all of our clients go through our Launch Perfect program first.
This way, they have the confidence to know their challenge will convert!
OUTREACH MARKETING FOR CHALLENGES
Outreach marketing is exactly as it sounds…
It entails reaching out to other people to help spread the word about your 5 Day Challenge.
You can get other people to:
- Email their list for you
- Create an incentive for people in your challenge to share about it with their friends
- Post in their Facebook Group for you
This is a great way for introverts to get the word out!
Well, that sounds good, Stirling, but why would anyone help me?
There are a number of ways to incentivize people… you could easily offer them a percentage of any sales you make from your challenge, because nothing motivates better than that.
Believe it or not, sometimes people just want to help you out. 🙂
Executing Your 5-Day Challenge
When you have a proven system with repeatable results like Launch Perfect, executing your challenge is the easy part!
How the 5 days break down:
On Days 1-3, you are providing sheer value to your challenge participants
On Day 4, you summarize and wrap up the three previous days of content and extend an invitation for people to join your program or buy your course. (Some people refer to this as “pitching,” but if you lay out your content the way we show you, your challenger’s next natural step will be to take you up on your invitation to work with you.)
Then on Day 5, we advise our clients to host a Q&A session for those that need a little more time to join your program.
Days 6-10 are what we call “open cart.”
Open cart is the period of time people can still take you up on your offer.
We teach our clients all kinds of fun and ethical tactics to trigger a purchase during open cart, but that is a blog for another time.
Once the “cart closes” on Day 10, your offer goes away for your challenge participants.
Once that deadline hits your special offer goes away and the challenge experience ends.
